UGA EVENTING

Overview of Membership 

  • All UGA students are welcome; there are no tryouts.

  • We hold 2 training clinics per semester with professionals.

  • You can be a rider or non-rider member: Rider members have higher dues, reflecting their ability to ride in team-funded clinics and participate in team challenges. Both rider and non-rider members receive a gear item, can audit clinics, and participate in team social/fundraising activities!

  • Riders at any level can be a member

  • Members have the flexibility to board/train with a variety of Athens-area professionals

Team Responsibilities 

  • Attend the monthly meetings.

  • Pay semester dues.

  • Volunteer to help with clinics, derby & team challenges.

  • Attend community service.

  • Fundraise - this varies each semester.
